Quest Art's TD Thor Wealth Management Annual Juried Exhibition

Quest Art Rules of Entry:

Open to all Canadian artisans, except jurors, Quest Art staff, their families and those with whom they reside.
 
Each artist may submit three original works created in the last two years for jurying.  If more than three works are submitted, only the first three will be viewed.
 
Entries will be accepted until 11: 59 pm on Saturday, June 8th, 2019

Entry fee per artwork: $30 Members, $35 Non Members
 
Entry fee is non-refundable.  
 
Size: There are no size restrictions for this competition; however works may be selected based on space limitations of the galleries.
 
Presentation: All works accepted to the show must be ready for display by being dry to touch and ready to be hung, mounted or installed.  Quest Art Gallery reserves the right to reject works not ready for presentation or damaged which are misrepresented on the online submission. 

If an artwork requires technology or incorporates new media, all equipment must be provided to the gallery at the expense of the artisan and with clear instructions. 
 
If works are for sale, Quest Art will receive a 30% members or %40 non-members commission on sales.
 
All entries will be juried and the decision of the jurors is final. 
 
Images of accepted submissions may be used in print or electronic media by Quest Art.
 
Results will be emailed no later than Monday July 8th, 11:59 pm, 2018

Receipt of Work: of selected work will take place at Quest Art on or before Friday August 9th, 2019 from 10 –5 pm.  Works will be accepted if they are mailed or shipped (costs incurred are the responsibility of the artist).  Please contact gallery to discuss these arrangements.
 
Return of Work: Unsold work must be picked up on Monday or had arrangements made for pick up by Monday, November 4th2019 between 10 – 5 pm. Long term STORAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE, however short-term accomodations can be made under special circumstances. Artist is responsible for the costs for returned shipping. Works not picked up within six weeks of the end of the exhibition will become the property of Quest Art, to use in whatever way it deems fit, unless other arrangements are made with the Director.

Insurance for works being shipped is the responsibility of the entrant. 

No entry may be withdrawn once it has been accepted and selected work must remain in the gallery for the duration.
